Портал Kotaku сообщил о том, что руководители EA приняли решение о сокращении 350 человек. Увольнения затронут отделы маркетинга и поддержки, а также региональные офисы. В частности, будет закрыт российский офис компании.
«У нас есть цель – стать лучшей компанией в мире. Если быть честными с самими собой, то сейчас мы не на этой позиции. Нам нужно работать над своими игроками, со своими игроками и со своим бизнесом», – заявил Крис Брюззо, отвечающий за маркетинг EA.
